Next a prototype is produced so the creation of the REALITY can be seen. The manufacturing processes used are: Injection Molding, Die Casting, Spin Molding, Stamping, Custom Fabrication, with material such as: metals and plastics, vinyl, leather, nylon, pvc, brass, alloys, aluminum, stainless steel, glass, fabrics, etc.

The original concept of the invention that was sketched on a piece of paper, evolves then into a CAD (Computer Aided Design) and then into a prototype ( See images in this page). Prototypes can be in a variety of ways: Conceptual, Mock-Up, Working in additional to Virtual. A Conceptual prototype can be hand made by the inventor itself and does not need to have all the details reproduced accurately. Further improvements can then be made. The Mock-Up prototype, is a non working prototype that is produced by special machinery (SLS, FDM,….) and is representative of the actual product as far as aesthetics. Next phase up is the Working prototype produced with all the components. This unit can be tested for fit and functionality before the tooling and actual final prototype is produced.
